1. Who we are
HaloAiRenew is a trade name of SkinRenew LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States, with mailing address 1831 13th Ave E, APT 1323, Bradenton, FL 34208. References to "we", "us", "HaloAiRenew" or "the service" mean SkinRenew LLC operating under the "HaloAiRenew" brand. References to "you" mean the user of the service.
2. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing the site, creating an account or purchasing access to HaloAiRenew, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, do not use the service.
3. Nature of the service
HaloAiRenew is a software (SaaS) product that provides a personalized skin diagnosis, routine recommendations, an ingredient database and an AI coach. HaloAiRenew is not a medical device and does not replace the advice of a healthcare professional (dermatologist, physician, licensed esthetician). The recommendations provided are informational and educational. If you have a skin condition, consult a professional.
4. User account
To use the service you must create an account with a valid email address and a password of at least 8 characters. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard.
5. Pricing and access
HaloAiRenew is sold as a one-time purchase. Each tier (Trial, Standard, Pro, Tailored) grants access to the service for a defined time window — 24 hours for Trial, 30 days for Standard and Pro, or as negotiated for Tailored.
No automatic renewal. Your payment method is charged once at checkout for the amount displayed. We do not store your card for automatic renewal and we will not charge you again without a new explicit purchase. Once access expires, you may purchase a new tier at any time.
Charges from your purchase appear on your statement as HALO AI RENEW.
6. Refunds
HaloAiRenew offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on every tier. If you are dissatisfied with the service, contact our support team within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund of that purchase. Refund details are set out in our Refund Policy.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes, not to attempt unauthorized access to our systems, not to scrape or substantially reproduce site content, and not to submit false information in the skin reading quiz.
8. Intellectual property
All site content — software, ingredient database, text, logos, images — is the property of SkinRenew LLC or its partners. Reproduction is prohibited without written permission.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the past 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Disputes shall be brought before the competent courts of Wyoming, subject to mandatory consumer-protection laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
11. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Material changes are notified by email to active users at least 30 days before they take effect. The version of these terms in force on the date of your most recent purchase governs that purchase.
