30-Day Refund Policy for HaloAiRenew Access
HaloAiRenew is sold as a one-time purchase granting access to a digital service (the dashboard, skin reading, ingredient library, routines and — depending on tier — the INCI Analyzer, Skin Journal and AI Coach). The following policy aligns with section 6 of our Terms of Service.
Refunds for one-time purchases
- Every purchase (Trial, Standard, Pro) is fully refundable within 30 days.
- HaloAiRenew does not auto-renew. There are no recurring charges to cancel — you only pay again if you explicitly purchase a new tier.
1. Eligibility
You may request a full refund of any purchase if both of the following are true:
- The refund request is received within 30 calendar days of the charge.
- You are dissatisfied with the service, or it has not functioned as described.
For the purpose of this policy, access is considered activated as soon as your account is created and the dashboard becomes accessible to you (i.e., on first successful sign-in following payment). The 30-day window starts on the date of the charge.
2. Non-Refundable Items
- Purchases older than 30 days. Refunds must be requested within 30 calendar days of the charge.
- Custom / personalized AI coaching sessions already delivered. Once a coaching session has been used or consumed, the session itself is not refundable. The underlying purchase remains refundable within 30 days under § 1.
- Skin diagnosis reports already generated and delivered to the user. Once the diagnosis has been produced and made available in your dashboard, the diagnostic output itself is not refundable. The 30-day money-back guarantee still applies to the underlying purchase charge if requested within the window.
- The Tailored plan for professionals (spas, clinics, estheticians) — refund terms are set in the individual agreement signed at onboarding.
- Charges disputed via chargeback without first contacting us. We ask that you reach out so we can resolve the issue directly — see § 5.
3. How to request a refund
To request a refund, email our support team:
- From the email address attached to your HaloAiRenew account, to admin@aihaloskin.com.
- Include: your account email, your purchase date, and a brief reason for the request.
- Send the request within 30 days of the charge.
We do not require returns, screenshots, or proof of dissatisfaction. A request submitted within the window is sufficient.
4. No subscription, nothing to cancel
HaloAiRenew does not auto-renew. Once your purchased window expires, your access ends and you are not charged again. To extend your access you must explicitly purchase a new tier.
5. Review and processing
Once we receive a refund request, we review it within 3-5 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the funds to appear on your account, depending on your card issuer.
If you do not see the refund after 7 business days, check with your card issuer first, then email admin@aihaloskin.com with the original transaction reference and we will investigate.
6. Policy modifications
We may update this policy at any time. Material changes take effect 30 days after being posted on the website, except where shorter notice is required by law. The policy in force on the date of your most recent charge governs that charge.
